Terms & Conditions

  1. A single point of contact must be assigned by the client who is authorized to make decisions and provide approvals for the project.
  2. The client is expected to respond promptly during review and approval stages. Delays in response may impact project timelines.
  3. The project includes a maximum of five (5) revisions. Any changes beyond this limit will be charged additionally.
  4. All content including text, images, logos, and other materials must be provided by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  5. Once the website design and structure are finalized and approved, any further changes or enhancements will be treated as new requirements and charged separately.
  6. Upon completion of the project and full payment, all source files related to the website will be handed over to the client.

These terms apply only to static website projects and may be updated without prior notice.
